You do not need to post every day to grow, and three posts a week is not automatically better than two. The useful cadence is the highest frequency at which you can keep the ideas strong and the process sustainable.
For many professionals, two to five LinkedIn posts per week is a reasonable testing range because it creates enough opportunities to learn without requiring a daily content operation. But your own audience and capacity matter more than a generic benchmark.
Test a cadence for several weeks. Watch reach, profile visits, follower growth, conversations and leads, not only impressions. If posting more increases distribution while quality and business outcomes stay healthy, keep it. If the extra posts become filler, reduce frequency.
Consistency matters because it creates repeated exposure. Daily posting is only one way to be consistent.
