How do I make a boring or technical topic interesting?

Do not make the technical topic less accurate. Make the human stakes more visible.

Start with what changes because of the technical detail. Why should anyone care about this metric, system, process or regulation? What decision does it affect? What mistake does it prevent? What does it cost when people misunderstand it?

Use concrete examples. “Attribution models” can feel abstract. “Meta says it drove 50 sales, Google says it drove 35, and you only had 40 total” gives the same topic tension immediately.

You can also use contrast, consequences, misconceptions and specific scenarios. Technical content becomes interesting when readers can locate themselves inside it.

Avoid adding artificial drama. The job is not to make accounting sound like an action movie. It is to reveal the part of the subject that already matters to a person making a real decision.
