Keep one place where questions, observations and phrases go the moment you notice them. Add customer questions, comments, sales objections, things colleagues ask, arguments you disagree with, screenshots, half-formed thoughts and examples from your work.
Then create idea prompts from your own categories. What do people misunderstand about this? What do beginners ask? What does everyone repeat that I disagree with? What changed my mind? What happens when this goes wrong? What looks like one problem but is actually another?
The easiest content calendar is usually built from real life rather than brainstorming sessions. If you are close to customers, colleagues, communities and your own work, you are constantly being handed topics.
Consistency becomes much easier when you capture ideas while they are alive instead of sitting down on Tuesday morning and demanding that your brain invent five posts on command.
